JUSCO Sahyog Kendra
is a 24 x 7 Single Window Help Desk for lodging customer
complaints pertaining to all Civic and Municipal
Services. The computerized system collates and monitors
the status of complaints/requests. It helps to identify
problem areas and take prompt corrective action to
prevent occurrence of similar complaints in future.
It caters to 50,000+ customers and handles complaints
pertaining to all JUSCO services. There are defined
service level guarantees against each job for its
compliance in terms of time. JUSCO Sahyog receives on an
average around 850 complaints per day. This system has
helped JUSCO to improve its service performance not only
in terms of timely completion of jobs but also in
improving and ensuring the quality of work. It has an
ability to trace back all the repeat complaints for
doing the root cause analysis and ensuring quality job
to all its customers.
