JUSCO has taken yet another step to delight its customers in Jamshedpur. The Utility Bill Collection Centre was today inaugurated by Sri V D Gopal Krishna, Working President, JUSCO Shramik Union at 11.00 am at Kalimati Road, Public Heath Depot, Kasidih. Along with Mr Gopal, other representatives from JUSCO Shramik Union like Mr S L Das, Mr B B Thakur, Mr Sri Lal were also present at the function. From JUSCO, Mr Ritu Raj Sinha, GM (BD&CS), Mr A P Singh, Chief (B&CR), Mr Manmohan Singh, Chief (TE), Mr P K Mohanty, Chief (FMC) and others attended the function. Residents of in and around Sakchi would be benefited with the inauguration of this new facility.

This would be the fourth bill collection centre opened by JUSCO. The other three are at Sonari, Sidhgora and at JUSCO main office. Around 10,000 customers would be benefited with this centre who earlier had to come to the main office collection centre to pay their monthly utility bill. Payment at the collection centre would be accepted through cheque, demand draft and pay orders only. For better customer care an ATM machine will also be installed at the centre by September. The machine will accept only cheques and will give relief to customers who otherwise had to stand in queue to pay their monthly bill.
