The Load growth in Sakchi, Kadma &
Bistupur is increasing @ 8-10% per annum. The Existing
15 MVA Transformer at L Town has got loaded . It does
not have any spare capacity to cater to growth of these
commercial & residential areas.
There is also no stand by
transformer for the same and any breakdown only in the
transformer, may render a huge area of the Township dark
for long period especially in Sakchi and Bistupur.
This will meet the condition of our
license to provide uninterrupted power supply to
consumer & also help in meeting the performance
standards set by JSERC for power distribution utilities.

To bring 33KV U/G feeder from
DVC/Golmuri sub-station to L -Town Yard.

To install one 20 MVA,33/6.6 KV transformer at
L-Town

To install 33KV Switch-gears and associated civil
jobs.
