What are the payment options for my Utility Bills?

You can pay your bills in cash (subject to a maximum limit of Rs. 1000 Rupees One thousand only) at the following address:

  1. JUSCO Cash Collection Counter,
    JUSCO Office (Town Office),
    Sakchi Boulevard Road,
    Northern Town Bistupur,
    Jamshedpur – 831 001.

You can pay your cheques in favour of “TATA STEEL LIMITED” payable at Jamshedpur

  1. Cheque Drop Box at

If I could not pay my utility bill last month and the total amount for both last and current months combined is more than Rs. 1000, do I need to pay the amount through cheque?

Yes. The upper limit for acceptance of cash is Rs. 1000 per transaction. In such a case you shall be required to pay through cheque.

Can I view my current and previous utility bills online?

Yes. Billing enquiry facility is available over the internet. You may visit www.juscoltd.com and click on the Jamshedpur Operations button and then choose ‘Bill Query’ tab from the list. Alternatively, you can type http://services.tatasteel.co.in/town/ on your web browser’s address bar and input your ‘Business Partner Number’ / Consumer Number to view your bill information.

I have not received my Utility bill for quite some time. What do I do?

You can visit www.juscoltd.com for the bill enquiry facility as given above and the website shall display the name of the person who received your utility bill and the date of receipt. In case your query is not resolved in this manner, you may lodge a complaint with our 24 x 7 helpline JUSCO Sahyog 66-46000 and take a complaint number against your query. Our representative shall assist in solving your problem at the earliest.

What if my complaints / queries are not addressed in JUSCO Grahak Seva Kendra?

If your complaints / queries are not resolved across the table in JUSCO Grahak Seva Kendra, you can contact our representative at the centralized helpdesk and take a complaint number for future reference. Taking the complaint number shall help us in serving you better.

I don’t think my utility bills are correct. What do I do? You can lodge a complaint at our helpline at JUSCO Sahyog Kendra (66-46000) for the same. Alternatively, you can meet our representative at the Centralized Helpdesk for the same.
