TBEM & Improvement Initiatives
JUSCO has adopted the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM), which propounds a set of criteria pertaining to the seven dimensions of Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, Human Resource Focus, Process Management and Business Results.
The Tata Group companies participate in the TBEM competition every year and many of them have largely benefited by way of improved business results through adoption of the business model based on the Malcolm Baldridge Business Model of the United States.
Notable among other improvement initiatives are the ASPIRE programmes, TPM, SGAs, Du Pont journey on excellence in Safety and Knowledge Management. |
