Managing Water with respect
Mahatma Gandhi has warned, "There is enough for everyone's need but not for everyone's greed."

All forms of life on Earth require regular intake of fresh water for survival. However, mankind is the only one which attempts to stretch the limits of his ecosystem by exploiting access to fresh water sources. This is adversely impacting all ecosystems on earth.

This calendar highlights the unique ways used by some species on Earth to meet their water needs within the constraints of their ecosystems, thereby symbolizng their respect for water and making them a source of inspiration for mankind.
